Terms and cancellation conditions
If you cancel your registration more than TWO months before the event, we will charge you an admin fee of £75 + UK VAT. If you cancel between 24th February 2007 and 23rd March 2007, we will charge a 50% cancellation fee. For cancellations received after 23rd March 2007, or in the event of non attendance, a 100% cancellation fee applies. In these circumstances NO refund can be given. All cancellations MUST be made in writing and will be acknowledged in writing.
It may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of the organisers to alter the content, timings or venue.
VNU Exhibitions will not accept liability for any transport disruptions or individual transport delays and in such circumstances the normal cancellation restrictions apply.
Early discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers.
PAYMENT
Please note: payment must be received in advance of the event. If payment is not received before the conference, you will be asked to pay by credit card before entering the conference.
DATA PROTECTION
Personal data is collected in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. Your details may be used to inform you of relevant forthcoming events that VNU Exhibitions organises. DELEGATE POLICY
In order to protect the quality and integrity of the event, all delegates should be senior project/programme professionals from industry as outlined on the website and on all marketing collateral. Suppliers, vendors, consultants and others whose job description does not fit this profile will not be permitted to register/attend as delegates.
