Strategic Summit Sponsor

The Strategic Summit Sponsor opportunity is limited to one company, thus enabling our partner to exclusively interact with all delegates with limited competition. Sponsorship of this event will allow your organisation to cement new business relationships through a mix of formal conference sessions and informal networking opportunities.

Sponsorship will include the following -

Summit Steering Committee
The Strategic Summit Sponsor has the opportunity to sit on the Summit Steering Committee in order to offer their expertise and assist in delivering a first class educational programme which reflects the needs of our target delegate audience. Please note: VNU Exhibitions will set the overall theme for the conference programme to ensure consistency in line with the overall rationale behind the event.

The sponsors input to this committee will be recognized with the following publicity:

Branding on the BPPM Summit website as Steering Committee with name/photo and company listed. This will be set up so that by clicking on the individual name/photo it will click through to a separate web page that lists company information and the individual's biography.

Opportunity to chair conference business stream
An opportunity for the sponsor to chair one of the business streams on day one of the programme. In addition, they would be able to put forward a client to present a case study within the stream they are chairing. The sponsor would be responsible for opening the session, chairing the Q&A proceedings and undertaking the summing up process. Guidance on how to conduct this session would be provided by VNU Exhibitions Conference Manager.

  • Branding as Strategic Sponsor on all marketing collateral and event signage
  • Branding as Strategic Sponsor and logo on 2 x dedicated promotional e-shots plus 30 words from sponsor and link to sponsors website
  • Branding as Strategic Sponsor and logo on event home page with hyperlink to sponsors website
  • Branding as Strategic Sponsor and logo on delegate briefcase (size and weight tbc)
  • 1 sponsor insert inside delegate briefcase (size and weight tbc)
  • 1 page editorial in BPPM Summit Companion guide (size tbc)
  • 1 page advert in BPPM Summit Companion guide (size tbc)
  • Inclusion and mention of sponsors participation at the BPPM Summit within press release(s)

Gala dinner table hosting 
Host a minimum of one table during dinner (with two sponsor representatives per table). During dinner, each table will have a pre-agreed topic/issue to discuss. The Strategic Summit Sponsor will influence the topic and can use the dinner as a market research/ awareness exercise. 

Special invitation service
If required VNU Exhibitions Europe will approach, via our telemarketing service, any key clients or potential clients that you would like to see at the Summit.

Delegate list
The Strategic Summit Sponsor will receive the contact details of all delegates, two weeks to ten days prior to the event and then subsequent bookings thereafter. You will be supplied with the contacts name, job title and company name.

Guest passes
Two guest delegate packages permitting entry to the BPPM Summit for both days of the event (day attendance only - does not include accommodation).

Workshop Sponsor

The Workshop Sponsor opportunity is limited to four companies per day, thus enabling our partners to become one of a select group of organisations able to interact with all delegates with limited competition. Sponsorship at this event will allow your organisation to cement new business relationships through a mix of formal conference sessions and informal networking opportunities.

Sponsorship will include the following - 

Opportunity to lead a workshop
An opportunity for the sponsor to lead one of the eight 90-minute workshop sessions available within the programme. Additionally, the sponsor would also be able to put forward a client to co-present a case study within the particular workshop they will be chairing. The sponsor will be provided with a 25-seat workshop room with AV equipment including laptop, projector and screen. Guidance on how to conduct this session will be provided by VNU Exhibitions Conference Manager.

Branding

  • Branding as Workshop Sponsor and logo on 1 x dedicated promotional eshot plus 30 words from sponsor and link to sponsors website
  • Branding as Workshop Sponsor and logo within event website with hyperlink to sponsors website
  • Branding as Workshop Sponsor on delegate pack
  • Branding as Workshop Sponsor and logo on workshop session opening slide
  • Branding as Workshop Sponsor outside relevant workshop session conference room
  • 1/2 page overview editorial in BPPM Summit Companion guide (size tbc)

  • Telemarketing to registered delegates to promote workshop

Exhibiting Sponsor

The Exhibiting Sponsor opportunity is limited to just ten companies, thus enabling our exhibitors to become one of a select group of organisations able to interact with all delegates during the various breaks in conference sessions. This gives your organisation the opportunity to increase your visibility and interact with conference delegates during networking and lunch breaks. Additionally, this opportunity gives your key sales personnel time to integrate with delegates during the gala dinner which is to be held on the first night of the event. The exhibition area will be located right outside the main conference workshop venues and will be where all of the refreshments and lunches are served.

  • 50 word entry in BPPM Summit Companion guide (size tbc)

  • 1m x 2m table top stand within breakout area, sponsor to choose preferred location
  • 1 x 500W power socket
  • 1 x trestle table with cloth
  • 2 x chairs
  • One page web entry on the BPPM Summit website including Company Logo and up to 200 words of text to stipulate organisational description, products and services, links to case studies stored on BPPM Summit Website
  • Meeting schedule - all delegates will be able to request meetings with the exhibitors, either before, at or after the event to ensure that you have as many opportunities to meet as possible and develop good business relationships

Additions
Additional attendees can be booked at £400 each (includes accommodation and all meals)
Day only attendees can be booked at £85 each (does not include accommodation, breakfast or dinner)
Pre event accommodation can be booked at £145 each (includes breakfast)
