The management of projects is a key capability for all organisations but varies enormously in the way it is embedded and deployed and ultimately in the improvement in performance it provides. The authors, through their experience across multiple sectors and industries, will provide you with the insights which make the adoption and performance of project management a success within any organisation. The workshop will be interactive, informative and provide attendees with an opportunity to assess their own organisation and identify what actions must be taken.
Speaker Biography
Ron Rosenhead is a professional speaker, trainer, and coach - all in the area of project management. He became fascinated with projects when he saw that managers were given really large projects but had had little or no training. He went on to develop a series of workshops and open up his own company - Project Agency which will soon celebrate its 12th year.
Materials have been jointly produced with Team Animation who design sustainable change programmes and improve project management capability.
