In the presentation BAE Systems will give their perspective on what the key characteristics of partnering are, the key factors and drivers. They will outline the approach they are taking both in general terms and with the benefit of a real case study, that of the ATTAC (Availability Transformation: Tornado Aircraft Contract).
Speaker Biography
Paul joined British Aerospace in 1987 and spent his intial 9 years with the Guided Weapons business where he specialised in roles in Project Management, Business Development and Strategy and Planning. He then spent 4 years with Airbus UK, where he was Project Director for the A340-500/600 programmes, and with Airbus Head Office in Toulouse, where he was Vice-President Procurement Strategy. Since 2001 Paul has held a number of roles with BAE Systems, in the Head Office, Air Systems, where he was Project Director for Nimrod MRA4, and Customer Support areas of business. He is currently responsible for Project Management for all the non -US businesses.
