Dave's presentation will show how Leeds City Council ensures that Information Communication Technology developments are aligned to business strategy and can be seen to add value to the business. It will also cover the role Corporate ICT has played in driving and developing best practice project management within LCC.

Speaker Biography 

Dave Rowson is Head of Projects and Resources, Corporate ICT Services, Leeds City Council. He is both MSP and PRINCE2 certified and has 20 years Programme and Project Management experience in the NHS, Education and Local Government. He is accountable for the governance of the ICT Development Programme ensuring it is congruent with the direction of the Council and is responsible for the ICT Programme / Project Management, Business Process Re-engineering, ICT Resource Management, Programme Management Office and Performance Management teams.
