Speaker Biography
Andrew is one of the leading thinkers on change management in the UK. He has 20 years experience in programme management, strategy & transformation. His career started at Rolls-Royce PLC where he successfully established a tool for managing the delivery of the Trent aero engine development programme. After Rolls-Royce he spent seven years as a transformation consultant at Ernst & Young and then co-founded ChangeDirector in 2002.
