Founded in 2002 ChangeDirector was established to create a strategic and integrated change management solution that covered the three crucial areas of Project and Portfolio Management (PPM), Strategic Performance Management (SPM) and Benefits Realisation Management (BRM).

ChangeDirector® V1, released in 2003, saw early client wins including Orange, Watson Wyatt and Swiss Life. With the release of V2 in 2005 subsequent clients were won in Central Government, Police and the Private Sector.  Our latest release V2.4, which we will showing at the BPPM event, includes improved capabilities for Benefit Dependency Mapping, What If Analysis, Business Case Generation, Status Reporting, Resource Modelling, Earned Value Reporting and Strategy Alignment.

We offer a number of consultancy led engagements using the ChangeDirector® software to accelerate the capture, analysis, ranking, and scoring of your projects against agreed criteria.  These help to mobilise sponsorship for the software and confirm with key stakeholders the business case for adopting ChangeDirector.  The engagements we offer include a Portfolio Review TM and a Conference Room Pilot TM .

The Portfolio Review TM is a 5 day assignment to assess your current portfolio of initiatives for alignment with strategy, cost, value and risk.  This highlights non value adding initiatives and ensures more objective discussions about investments (e.g. as part of a business planning round).  The Conference Room Pilot TM (CRP) is a 10 day assignment that includes a review of your current practices, a workshop to confirm your requirements, vision and expected benefits.  A final workshop is used to demonstrate ChangeDirector capabilities to support your vision, to identify any gaps, to highlight quick wins and to confirm a mutually generated Business Case for a sustainable ChangeDirector® implementation in your organisation.
