Principle Statements
Principle Statements are the ground rules. They articulate the senior management’s vision and, thus, facilitate clear and effective decision making throughout the life of a project. They remain as long-lasting, guiding principles after the project has been completed.
Transition Planning
Transition Planning documents the activities required to deliver the changes and move the organisation from the current state to the desired future state. Transition Planning enables:
- Projects to be split into activities that are manageable by the organisation
- Team members to understand when things are completed and when change is happening
- All involved to see where their activity fits in the overall plan
Continuous Change Management
BJC works as part of the project team monitoring progress, preparing and delivering change communications, monitoring company perception of the project and ensuring that the necessary support is in place for full implementation to be successful.
